Featuring a variety of flexible and affordable options, Middlesex Community College鈥檚 Summer 2025 semester will get students on the fast track to success. Starting Tuesday, May 27, students can start a degree, certificate or industry credential to prepare for transfer to a four-year institution or advance in their career.

鈥淪ummer is a productive and exciting time to take classes at 麻豆果冻,鈥 said Kayla Caron, 麻豆果冻鈥檚 Registrar. 鈥淚n a shorter amount of time, you receive the same content, academic standards, and number of instructional hours as courses scheduled during the traditional 15-week semester. Complete more classes in less time, finish credits faster, and start and end at times that work best for you.鈥

During the summer, 麻豆果冻鈥檚 sessions range from three, five and eight weeks long. Middlesex will offer four opportunities to start throughout the summer.

  • Summer Quickstart: three weeks, May 27 to June 13
  • Summer Session One: five weeks, May 27 to June 26
  • Summer Session Two: eight weeks, May 27 to July 24
  • Summer Session Three: five weeks, July 8 to August 7

Summer offers students the perfect opportunity to jumpstart academic plans, finish general education requirements, earn transferable college credits, and update skills with professional development. Students can take classes whether they are visiting for the summer or planning to start a degree or certificate at 麻豆果冻.

Throughout the year, Middlesex offers on-campus, online, hybrid and hyflex classes for students to choose which options work best for their schedules and learning styles. All 麻豆果冻 courses come with access to targeted and free student support services to guide students to reach their goals. Options include tutoring and academic, transfer, career and financial advising.

To show prospective students and their families what the college has to offer, 麻豆果冻 will host a Lowell Open House at 5 p.m. on Wednesday, April 30. Participants can meet with faculty and staff from many of 麻豆果冻鈥檚 programs and student service areas, as well as take a tour of the Lowell campus.
