For many classes, 麻豆果冻 uses Open Educational Resources (OER) for faculty and students to learn, cite and edit less expensive informance to enhance the learning experience.
What Is OER?
OER provides a hands-on learning experience for you to gain a deeper understanding of materials, hone research skills, and find the most up-to-date information. OER are in the public domain and often replace expensive textbooks.

- Assignments

OER Student Ambassador
Hired by the 麻豆果冻 Libraries, Siya Bhagat, an 麻豆果冻 Medical Laboratory Technician student, has been the OER Student Ambassador since 2023.
The Middlesex OER Student Ambassador:
- Promotes the student voice and perspective
- Shares why free and low-cost resources are excellent for education and money-saving
- Connects to students to get a sense of their understanding of OER and their needs
- Helps to improve and lower the cost of education for everyone
